RuvaAfricWear update about COVID-19

With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: the health and safety of our team and our customers is our priority.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too. Last week we shipped hundreds of free masks all over the US to some of you and we are currently producing more masks (estimated restocking date is May 4th). We'll continue to offer these masks for free on our website so please feel free to share with friends and family.

We deeply apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production and shipping has been impacted by global issues beyond our control, but we are working on getting all orders shipped . RuvaAfricWear has been committed to exceptional product quality since day one and we'll not compromise on quality during this challenging time. You might wait a bit longer to get your order, but we know you'll not be disappointed by the quality of our products.

We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain and shipping carriers, even Amazon has expressed that it's experiencing delays of up to 2-3 weeks.As US States start to safely open we will also start to operate normally, currently 2 of our warehouses are in States with active Stay Home Orders. We continue to ship from these warehouses but not as quickly and efficiently as we'd like, so that's delaying about 25-30% of our shipments. We always send an email notification with the tracking number when an order is shipped and some orders are shipped separately if they're coming from different locations.
